Hypercharge Networks to Buy Texas EV Firm REVS Charging
Hypercharge Networks has signed a deal to acquire Texas-based REVS Charging LLC, expanding its U.S. footprint in the electric vehicle charging market.
Canadian EV charging operator Hypercharge Networks Corp. announced Monday it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the equity interests of REVS Charging LLC, a Texas-based electric vehicle charging solutions provider, in a deal expected to close October 1, 2026.
The agreement, executed September 28, 2026, would establish a formal U.S. operating platform for Hypercharge, which trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker HC and on U.S. over-the-counter markets as HCNWF. The company said the acquisition is designed to expand both its charging network presence and its services revenue base in the American market.

Hypercharge, headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, positions itself as a leading EV charging operator in the Canadian market and is now signaling a more deliberate push across the U.S. border.
