NuCube Energy, Inc. and Launch Two Acquisition Corp. The filing was submitted to the SEC on September 11, 2026, with NuCube named as a co-registrant alongside the special purpose acquisition company.
The public filing follows a confidential draft registration statement submission that the two companies previously disclosed on August 4, 2026. The Registration Statement includes a preliminary proxy statement and prospectus but has not yet been declared effective by the SEC, a standard procedural step before any merger can be completed.
