ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) has completed the acquisition of Merritt Paul Land Surveying, LLC, a Franklin, Georgia-based firm that holds land surveying licenses in 17 states, the company announced Sept. 15, 2026. The deal marks the AI drone and Drone as a Service company's 29th DaaS acquisition to date.
Founded in 2015, Merritt Paul has established a client base spanning the solar, transportation, and construction sectors. The firm specializes in utility-scale solar surveys across the United States and has performed work for a major national transportation company, broadening ZenaTech's footprint in both renewable energy infrastructure and railroad-adjacent services.

The acquisition expands ZenaTech's geographic reach and industry exposure as the Vancouver-based company continues an aggressive consolidation strategy in the drone services market. ZenaTech also develops enterprise SaaS and Quantum Computing solutions alongside its core AI drone platform.
The addition of Merritt Paul's multi-state licensing portfolio and established customer relationships in high-growth sectors such as utility-scale solar positions ZenaTech to cross-sell its broader technology suite to an expanded client base. The company has not disclosed financial terms of the transaction.
