OpenWorld to Acquire Blocksight in Bid to Power Tokenized Solar and AI Deals
NASDAQ-listed OpenWorld signs definitive merger deal for Blocksight, positioning it as the operational backbone for up to $1.13B in tokenized infrastructure programs.
OpenWorld, Inc. (NASDAQ: OPNW), a Florida-based real-world asset tokenization company, announced it has signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire Blocksight Holdings Co., framing the deal as the agentic operating foundation for two major financing programs totaling more than a billion dollars in potential value.
The Blocksight acquisition, first announced October 1, 2026, is intended to underpin a tokenized solar and artificial intelligence computing program developed in partnership with Meridian, valued at up to $1 billion. A separate transaction with BeyondAI, backed by intellectual property assets, carries a value of up to $130 million, bringing the combined potential deal scope to roughly $1.13 billion.
